Creating from scratch: Dessert

I am a mother of 4 with a daughter diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2007. Basically I started this blog to keep my GF recipes so when I traveled I have them with me -- or when family/friends called asking for a GF recipe I could send them here instead of re-emailing everyone. Mostly I cook by the dump and stir method. I start with an idea and add a little of this and a little of that so it is good to have to pay a little closer attention so that I can write the actual recipe down for the future. I also find it really handy when planning my menu for the week and remembering what recipes I have made up on the spot. It has also turned into somewhat of a filing cabinet for a few of my other hobbies. I hope you enjoy!
